When you buy a mobile phone from Solo Mobile, we program, then 'lock' it. This protects the phone from being accidentally reprogrammed or important network functions from being changed. Digital locks are not freely provided to customers and they protect Solo Mobile's investments in its intellectual property.

Solo can unlock your device immediately in the following conditions:

  1. You purchased the device from Solo Mobile
  2. The device is paid in full (not subsidized)
  3. You pay the unlocking fee (refer to your latest agreement)

Solo will unlock your device 90 days after the start of your latest contract in the following conditions:

  1. You purchased the device from Solo Mobile
  2. The device is subsidized
  3. You pay the unlocking fee (refer to your latest agreement)
