My battery doesn't last more than a day. I have to charge it all the time.

Are your backlighting options set to a minimum? On most models, you can choose the amount of time that you wish your backlight to stay on. The longer it stays on, the shorter your battery life will be. See your user guide for more details.

Have you picked a screensaver instead of a static screen? Screensavers drain your battery faster. MP3 ringtones can also weaken your battery life. In analog mode, your battery can hold a charge up to about 4 to 8 hours when you're on standby.

If neither of the above helps, your mobile phone might be defective. To send in your phone for repair, contact us at 1 877 999-SOLO or visit a Bell store near you.

My phone beeps all the time, even if my battery is fully charged.

My phone doesn't ring – it only vibrates.

Is your phone set to vibrate mode? On most of our models, you can press and hold the * or # key for two seconds to activate or deactivate it. If this doesn't work on your model, use the scroll button on the side of the phone to adjust the volume and vibrate mode. See your user guide for more details.
